Final thoughts

I am back home now. It is so great to come back to Iowa. This past month was a great experience for me, although it was tiring. After the

program ended, I went to France and Greece. It was like a dream for me. When I was a kid, I dreamt about going to Paris and visiting its

sights. The sky is really blue and beautiful. Paris is a really nice place. Greece is another style. Its strike imposed some difficulties for me, but

I still managed to travel around Athens. My suggestion is to get a good tour guide when you visit places like The Acropolis. Or you may not

understand the stories behind what you are seeing. Study abroad is a unforgettable experience. It is a way to grow up and find your true self. I

still remember after I rushed to the airport , I found out my ticket was not confirmed. They did not issue my ticket, but I had to leave the city. At

that moment, I really felt desperate and helpless. I hoped someone could solve this issue for me, but I had to fix it myself. Luckily, Olympic air

helped me solve this problem. Finally I got on the plane to Athens. This event enabled me to handle issues on my own. My trips involved many

events like this, so it indeed helped me to grow up and be responsible.
