Rome

Hi:

The program only has one week left! I still feel like I just came to this small, nice town. Next week is our final week. We have a formal dinner on

Tuesday. I am quite looking forward to this event. I have never been to a formal dinner before. I think it will be fun and I brought a very nice

dress for this event.

This weekend I went to Rome with my friends. Rome is a big city compared to Venice or Florence. The Roma Pass was very useful for us. It is valid

for three days. It contains unlimited rides on public transportation for 3 days which is worth 11 euros. It also gives you free admission to the first

two sites you visit and you can jump the line. This was very useful to us. When we visited the Coliseum this Saturday, the line was so long that it

could have taken more than an hour to get in. With The Roma Pass, we only waited 5 minutes. This pass also saved us money. The price for the

Coliseum and another place is 12 euros. I also went to another castle and took some beautiful pictures. That would have cost me 8.5 euros without

The Roma Pass. However, with the pass, I did not need to pay anything. The pass cost 25 euro. It saved us time and money!
