Goals:
I am passionate about account development, business strategy, marketing, consulting. My aspirations are high and where life takes me is yet to be seen.

Professional Experience:
I am employed as the Manager, Businees Development-Insert & Print Media at Paradyszmatera, a company that specializes in planning direct response acquisition campaigns.
In July 2008, I completed a selective MBA program focusing on Management & Professional Leadership with the University of Kansas and CIMBA in Asolo, Italy. Before pursuing my MBA, I was a dedicated employee at Thomson-Reuters in the account management, marketing and consultative business development.

Specialties:I was a top business development professional at Thomson-Reuters for over three years. I attribute my success to being consultative, developing trusting relationships, and strong ethical core. My business development goals were never below 100% of forecast in over 3 years at Thomson-Reuters. I was promoted in every position I had with Thomson-Reuters up until I pursued my MBA. I led a team of consultants to win the Six Sigma Project of the Year during my MBA in Asolo, Italy.

• Lead the Print and Insert business development strategy when targeting qualified prospects

• Expand ParadyszMatera's presence within Insert & Print industry through customer contact, advertising, and marketing.

• Create, modify, and improve overall sales processes, databases, and sales reporting tools for business development teams across all market channels

• Work directly with the marketing team to develop ParadyszMatera's Print and Insert competitive positioning, marketing materials, presentation materials, and press releases

• Manage new business revenue targets and budget in conjunction with the VP of Insert & Print, the SVP of Business Development, and the ParadyszMatera account teams.
